I have not received mail with consent - what do I do?

If you have not received the email, contact the department where you created a case and check with them if the email address is correct.

I would like to change therapists - how do I do it?

Psycology:

If you have received a maximum of 2 treatments/interviews, we can send the payment guarantee to another therapist.

If you have received +2 treatments, contact your insurance company and talk to them about setting up a new payment guarantee for another therapist.

 

Physical treatment:

If you have received a maximum of 1 treatments/interviews, we can send the payment guarantee to another therapist.

If you have received +1 treatments, contact your insurance company and talk to them about setting up a new payment guarantee for another therapist.

The therapist has asked me to contact you for more treatments - how do I do?

In principle, it is always the therapist himself who requests more treatments, and thus not you.

However, there are exceptions depending on your policy, i.a. Health Care Guarantee or Chronic Disease. With these it is you who must contact your insurance company to get a new payment guarantee.

The terms for who should request are stated in the email you received when creating the case.

Payment and refund

Do I have to pay myself?

You do not have to pay for your treatment yourself, as long as the benefits are covered by your insurance terms and you have contacted us before you start your treatment. We can not guarantee coverage if you only contact us after you have started treatment.

How do I get an invoice refunded?

If you have paid for a treatment that should be covered by your insurance company via PrimaCare, you must send the invoice, receipt for payment and your account information to kontakt@prima-care.dk.
