• Login: you need MitID to log in.

Have you created a course? To do this under Book, press + and fill in the fields.

Have you used your assigned treatments? If you have used up your assigned treatments, make an appointment with the physiotherapist again. You can also create a new injury or contact us at PrimaCare on tel. 78 79 39 40. If some time has passed since you last needed treatment for an injury, you should create a new injury and book an appointment for this. To do this under Book, press + and fill in the fields.

Check that we have your correct information in your user profile.

Under Book, select Group Exercise under Case. Once you have selected this, you can choosein Select treatment to book time for the workout you want.

If your treatment is in less than 24 hours, contact PrimaCare on phone 78 79 39 40.

You need this in order for the therapists to receive and see your information. If we do not have your consent, we will not be able to send your information to the therapist and thus will not help you with treatment. Your information consists of contact information, medical records and treatment statistics. The information is only available in our data-secured booking system and is only available to the therapists and PrimaCare's healthcare professionals. Your information will not be shared with third parties. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
